Return Policy

Each South Swim piece is created with your satisfaction in mind. Please try it on over underwear, with the sanitation strip intact. For hygiene reasons, swimwear missing the original sanitation strip or showing any signs of tampering cannot be accepted for return.


Standard Returns:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
• Once approved, return items must be shipped within 7 days.
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached, original packaging, and sanitation strip intact.
• Full-price items are eligible for return.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• Return shipping is complimentary when using the provided return label.

South Swim Studio:

• Studio pieces are crafted exclusively for you and produced on order.
• Studio pieces are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

International Returns:

• International returns are subject to our standard returns policy.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Guest Check Out:

• If you checked out as a guest, you may initiate your return using the email associated with your order. A secure one-time code will be sent to verify your request.
