Delivering your suit with care and efficiency is our priority. We offer a selection of shipping options so you may choose the timing that best suits you.

Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Estimated arrival dates displayed at checkout include processing and shipping time.
  • Delivery dates are estimates, provided directly by the carrier.
  • Orders ship Monday - Friday with the exception of US national holidays.

South Swim - US:

  • Overnight: Delivery next business day.
  • Express: Delivery within 2 business days.
  • Standard: Delivery within 2 - 7 business days

South Swim - International:

  • DHL Express: Delivery within 1-5 business days
  • DHL eCommerce: Delivery within 3-10 business days
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are displayed at checkout.
  • Your total reflects the full cost of your order, with no additional charges at delivery.
  • Customs clearance is handled on your behalf.
  • International shipments undergo customs processing, which may occasionally extend delivery beyond the carrier’s usual transit time.
  • Delivery dates are estimates, provided directly by the carrier.
  • All DHL Express deliveries require a signature upon delivery, at no additional charge.

South Swim Studio - US & International:

  • South Swim Studio pieces are handcrafted exclusively for you.
  • Please allow 5–6 weeks for your piece to be created and delivered.
  • The Final Estimated Delivery reflects the complete timeline for your studio piece, including creation and shipping. Your piece will arrive in accordance with these dates.
  • Studio orders ship via UPS® Ground (U.S.) or DHL Express (International).
  • Personalized weekly updates will accompany your piece as it takes shape in our studio.
  • Custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange 

Track Your Order:

  • Follow your order at any time through your South Swim account or your shipping confirmation email.
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped, with direct access to the carrier's latest updates.
