Getting your suit to you as soon as possible is important to us. We continuously work to improve our processing time and shipping options. We have a variety of options available so you have choices on cost and speed.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please allow up to 2-4 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.
Orders placed by 9 am Eastern Time will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 9 am Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed on a holiday or weekend will begin processing the next business day.
US Federal Holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe, please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.


SHIP METHODS

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.
UPS deliveries are made Monday - Friday.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) and PO Boxes will ship with USPS Ground.

Note: Transmit times will vary.  We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail, by logging into your account on southswim.com, or by filling out the form below. Your order number is the seven digit number included in your confirmation or tracking email. It is also included on the packing slip in the 'Customer PO' line. Once you receive your tracking email please allow 24 hours for carrier updates to occur.


CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. At times, some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” while it is still out for delivery and the parcel may physically arrive within 1-4 business days. After 4 business days, if your order is showing as ""Delivered” by the carrier, and you still have not located your package, please send us a message using the contact form below. Aditionally, if the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, send us a message using the contact form below and we will assist.


South Swim is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. We do not do reshipment orders or exchanges, and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.

WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR PACKAGING

Curbside Compost It! - ALL of it!
All our packaging is 100% FCS-certified and fully home-compostable after use. Thats the tissue, the mailer, and even the stickers and mailing labels. These materials are 100% certified compostable, breaking down in a home compost in 180 days or in a commercial compost in 90 days.
