South Swim Return Policy

  • Returns MUST be clean, unwashed, free of deodorant stains, with original protective sanitation strip intact and all hang tags attached.
  • We accept returns of FULL PRICED items only.
  • Refunds will automatically go to original form of payment only.
  • Any sale items or purchase made using a promotional code is final sale and not eligible for refund.
  • We offer Free Domestic returns for Full Priced items.
  • Any Shipping & Handling charges other than for Domestic returns on Full Priced items are nonrefundable.
  • Any Shipping & Handling charges for International returns are nonrefundable.
  • South Swim does not warranty items purchased anywhere other than southswim.com.
  • Order modifications or cancellations are not permitted once order has been submitted.
  • Orders will not be refunded for packages not accepted by recipient or other household members upon delivery.
  • Returns not meeting the terms of South Swim's policy will be returned to sender.
  • All returns must be made within 20 calendar days of the date shipped.


Try on your South Swim over underwear with sanitation strip on. Returned items must have sanitation strip intact. Due to hygienic concerns, we strictly will not refund swimwear that is missing the original protective sanitation strip.


South Swim reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.
